We believe in keeping our exchange policy simple and fair.

Made-to-Order Garments

Made-to-order garments are created especially for you using the measurements provided at the time of purchase.
Made-to-order garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
A change of mind, change in size preference or personal preference does not qualify for cancellation, return or exchange.
Colour exchanges are not permitted.
We strongly recommend checking our size guide and speaking with our team before placing your order if you need help with measurements or sizing.

Cancellation Policy

Made-to-Order Garments: No cancellations are permitted once the order is confirmed.
Ready-to-Ship / In-Stock Pieces: Cancellations are available anytime before the order is shipped from our side. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

A Note About Colour & Texture

Because our garments are made using natural fibres and artisan-led printing and finishing processes, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These variations can be influenced by the natural character of the fabric, dyes and printing, steam-finishing, weather and environmental conditions, individual screen settings, photography and lighting.

These subtle variations are a natural part of the process and will not be considered defects. In our eyes, these little differences are part of the charm of owning something made with care, not something made to look identical to every other piece.

Store Purchases

Purchases made directly at a Raani by Raja store, or orders placed through the store, are not eligible for a monetary refund. Where applicable, a credit note may be issued instead.

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds on purchases.
Made-to-Order Garments: No refunds or store credit are issued. In the case of transit damage or a verified manufacturing defect for made-to-order items, either a repair or a replacement of the same piece will be provided if time allows.
In-Stock / Stock Pieces: No monetary refunds are offered. Store credit can be given, or you may exchange the piece for the same item or another piece of the exact same value.
Where a credit note/store credit is applicable, it will be issued for the eligible amount and will be valid for 4 months from the date of issue.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
